Every Ametza order ships from our Holtville, California mill within 1–2 business days of when you place it. Orders placed before 10 a.m. Pacific typically ship the same day.
Rates
- Free ground shipping on all orders $150 and up (contiguous US).
- $9.95 flat ground shipping on orders under $150.
- Expedited (2-day & overnight) available at checkout, calculated by weight and ZIP.
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: calculated rates apply; contact us for pallet freight.
- Wholesale pallet freight: LTL quotes through our Wholesale Program.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking email the moment your shipment leaves our dock. Carriers we use: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority (small items), and LTL freight for pallets.
Damaged in transit
If a bag arrives torn or a pail is crushed, take a photo and email info@theametza.com within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no return required.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to open Canadian orders in 2026.
